feature request: limit connection count

If I close and reopen a window with a lot of tabs open Opera takes forever to load the topmost tab and fails to load most of the others, with what looks like a DNS error.
Windows can only handle so many connections at once. Cheap home routers can't do NAT for many hundreds of connections.
I'd like Opera to focus on getting the tab I'm looking at mostly done, then tackle the others either when they're selected or just a few at a time to be less of a network and cpu hog.
My observations were made with power save ON
