Move back Easy Setup settings

Move back Easy Setup settings to the Start Page's corner.
There is no need to see this rarely needed settings all time, it just takes a space in tool bar.

And remove the ads of the new "Dark" theme.

I agree. That button does not need to be on the toolbar.
As for the dark theme, both it and the light theme need to be improved.
