Hidden extensions grid menu

change sidebar extensions functionality to open a grid menu to show hidden extensions and also it could be integrated with extensions sidebar
since we hide extensions from topbar to make some space for address bar and keep there nice and clean it would be nice to have those extensions esaily accessible
about extensions sidebar it could be integrate with this menu to save some more space or with the main sidebar itself to be more handy and have better accessibility -

Just an extra menu with the buttons across the top would be good, as in Slimjet. The buttons are still usable from that menu, and only the buttons where I want instant access are on the main toolbar.
