Move scrolling handle to the left side.

I tend to read pretty long articles and I usually scroll page by moving the thumb along the right edge.
Since the introduction of that popup scrolling handle with arrows my page got unintentionally moved so far that I had to search where I left reading a bunch of times.
Would be nice if you could choose if you want that scrolling handle to appear on the right or left edge of the screen.
