Add our own default search engine by default

Curently with Opera we can't choose realy which search engine we want to use like default search engine. I using Qwant but I can use it only with the extension. I want not leave Opera this why I request the users can choose they own search engine and not those propose by default. Example: Add YouTube,Amazon,Qwant,Ecosia or/and Lilo.

@maxl You can add your own search engine to Opera. You won't be able to choose it as default, but you can set a keyword like "q" for Qwant, so when you want to search on Qwant you would just have to type in the address bar:

q [search term]

When you add a search engine, put these settings (for Qwant):

I agree that it's stupid that Opera won't let you set a custom search engine as your default search engine though.

Btw, Amazon search engine already exists in Opera.
