Where can I configure file permissions (save page as PDF)

Hi!

When I save a page as PDF (openSuSE Tumbleweed, Opera version 58.0.3135.127) it gets file permissions rw-----, so only the user can read and write this file. My umask is 007, so user and group can read and write new files.

Where can I configure this setting?

I have no solution to suggest, just to mention that it also happens here as well, and only with the saved-as-pdf pages.
Debian testing, opera 60.0.3255.59, regular package from the repo (= not snap).
