Scroll page if the mouse pointer is in the sidebar

Hi everyone!
I have the habit of moving the mouse pointer to the very left/right side of the screen and scrolling. Because of the left-side sidebar, it doesn't work and I have to move the mouse pointer a bit to get it out of the sidebar and scroll.
It would be lovely if the page scroll worked even if the mouse pointer is in the sidebar.
