New version of extension has not been reviewed

Hello. We've submitted a new version of our extension in December 2018. It has not been reviewed/published. We are stuck with the old version which has bugs and lacks new features which is damaging our reputation among our customers. Is there anything can be done to speed up the precess? We tried to turn the auto-publishing flag on but it did not have any effect either.
