Double tap tab button to switch tab.

(phew what a confusing title..)
Anyway, what I mean is double tap the tab button to switch to recent tab, just like double tapping recent app button in android 8 would switch to your recent app
This would make navigating way faster if you're quick seaching something and want to go back to what you're previously browsing.

@krista personally, I am against. Remember that Android is not Windows. If 1 click on the tab in Opera Windows scrolls the page up (and the second one to the previous place) then personally I would prefer that a double click would scroll the page down.
