Add custom AdBlock filter and an ad-picker

Currently I use Firefox mobile with uBlock Origin. I would like to use Opera, but I want to create my own AdBlock filters (with an ad-picker). With uBlock Origin it's super easy. It would be great if Opera would introduce such a function. Own AdBlock lists would be a good alternative.
