Add an option to open link in the foreground

Currently 'Open link in new tab' will open the new tab in the background.

Some may prefer that: they may continue opening other links in new tabs and read the contents later.

Other may prefer to jump to the tab immediately (opening in the foreground), for immediate reading,
because, after all, that is/was the reason for selecting the link and opening it in a new tab.

Suggestion to add an option in settings, leaving it to the user to decide what he/she prefers.
Right now, users need some add on to get this done, or special hotkey combination.
(BTW - I noticed that Opera for Android opens tab in the foreground by default)
