What are the minimum requirements/restrictions for a website to open in automatic data savings mode?

I am unable to open our website "https://sports.onmo.com" in the Opera Mini browser. It just shows the flash screen and freezes there. Ideally it should show image and video content after showing the flash screen.
The website opens fine when i turn off the data saving mode.I am looking guidelines/references to make my website compatible with Opera Mini in data saving mode.

Just got to know that most of the features used by Angular applications are not supported in Opera Mini. We're officially removing Opera mini from the supported browsers for our site.
