problem whith open IP address (I can't find how do this)

sorry for question, I'm newbee.
How I can open address IP in my local network -192.168.1.10
When I write this address in my browser opera touch give me information google search not find this page.
In other browser its work like in computer version I write IP address and open this page.

I have the same question. I am trying to manage a local web site that uses an IP address and I can't find a way on Opera Touch. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated...
