Set VPN to automatically turn on when issues are resolved

I see the VPN for Opera commonly have issues forcing me to turn it off so I can access the Internet, but I'm not even notified when the issues are resolved and it leaves me browsing the Internet protected without acknowledging I could turn it back on now.

One solution would be to commonly check it and see if there are still issues, but that would get annoying pretty fast. So it would be nice if there was an option where you'll be notified when issues are resolved and also make an option for it to automatically turn back on. Tell me what you all think, and I hope this suggestion can be taken into consideration.
