Can't change Google preferencd

OS: Android 4.1.2 Opera mini version: 7 Device: Samsung galaxy tab P3100 Problem : Since about 3 months ago, Google setting/preference page won't load properly. I can no longer see the options (it still shows Search history, Handwriting, etc, but the suboptions to change the preference won't load anymore) and the Save button is no longer there. I tried to install latest version of Opera Mini but got the same result. Also, the lamguage option at the bottom of search page (it usually says Google is offered in) completely disappears too. I want to attach screenshots in this post but don't know how. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
