Top bar overlapping the page

Hi, today I'm start use opera, and I found some bugs which I would like to show you here. The top bar in the mobile overlaps the page. It may make problems on the pages they have fixed header. But when I swipe down browse bar then the problem is solved. I would like to have the option in the settings for fixed browse bar or something like that. Sorry for my bad English, I'm not native English speaker.

@marko2288 same here! tested on android pie and it looks like the notification bar height is not considered in the scroll calculation on phones with notch design, leaving all sites with fixed header design partially cut hidden behind the semi-transparent notification-bar.
