Delayed Slack's sound notify when getting first message after Opera startup

As in title. Every morning when I run KDE Neon (ubuntu based) system on my laptop and open Opera browser, I don't get message sound when someone write to me, but only for first one. Slack site is fully loaded, even slack bot response for my ping message. Then I change tab to some another. Someone write to me, I get notification at tray area with message details, even Slack tab (pinned) has notify icon but I hear notify sound only when I open slack tab. Then everything is fine, I hear rest notify sounds immediately until next morning. Can't confirm now if this happens after each Opera restart or after system restart. This happens also on other sites which have similar sound notification. With FireFox everything is fine
