I have the 2017 Nokia 3310 through Tracfone. When I try to use the internet, I get a message that says "installing" and then an error message sending me to the Opera help center. The url for the specific help topic gives me a 404 messages. I have experimented with "connectivity" in my settings, including "access points," but nothing is working. The phone also won't send or receive MMS messages.
