Further customisation for Dark Theme

Dark Theme is great, but I don't get why we can't have custom themes like in chrome. The default dark theme is still lighter than I'd like it to be and it would be amazing if I could use the theme I use for chrome: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/material-incognito-dark-t/ahifcnpnjgbadkjdhagpfjfkmlapfoel
..or at the very least let us customise dark theme, to make it darker.
