Is it possible to make miniature window with video to be on top of 3D applications (computer games)? It would be interesting for example on one monitor to watch the news in a small screen and play the game.

P.S. Perhaps it will be useful for streamers and business (watching videos on top of the presentation), which can increase the popularity of the browser...
