Screenshots: save as Jpeg + annotate with text

I find the screenshot tool embedded in the sidebar extremely useful, but I find two things lacking:

1. option to save as JPG instead of PNG: some websites allow to upload only jpg images, so when I need to upload a screenshot I have to go through MS Paint to convert it. It would be also useful weight-wise, in case the screenshot contains more images than text

2. add a text option to annotate the screenshots, along with arrows and freehand drawing
