Right click to change desktop

I just updated to Opera 55, and now, when I right-click in the title bar (after the last open tab) it shows a new menu with options: New tab, Reopen last closed tab, and Save all tabs as speed dial folder.
Before this update, right-clicking there would open the OS window context menu, which is the easiest way to quickly re-assign any window to another virtual desktop or activity (I am working on Linux Mint).
This new "feature" is massively intrusive. I'm not sure how overriding the OS context menu for the window was ever deemed a good idea. Does anyone know how to turn this off? I've searched through the settings but can't find it.

There have been at least 2 threads since the release of opera 55 that the issue is discussed. In short, we named in "the ugly csd and its side effects"
In other words, what you now see when right clicking is a menu made by opera, not the menu of your window manager, because opera uses its own buttons for minimize/maximize/close.
p.s. Opera was updated to v56 today and the issue remains unsolved, so it will probably bug us all for some time.
