Feature-rich tab hibernation

There is addon called "The Great Suspender" and new feature in Yandex browser called Hibernate. I do think Opera can do both of that even better.
So what I'm suggesting is:
- ability to save whole tab content with everything in input fields also stored and than suspend tab;
- very light suspended page "This tab is suspended please click anywhere to resume it";
- auto-suspending tabs when running out of RAM;
- ability to set hard limit of opened tabs after reaching which older tabs will be suspended;
- option to set auto-suspending by time of inactivity(i.e. after being inactive for 15 minutes tab will be suspended);
- options to disable auto-suspending by hard limit/time for tabs containing playing audio/video/input forms/pinned;
- whitelist to prevent auto-suspend by hard limit/time for certain sites;
- options to never suspend when offline/connected to power source;
- option to auto-unsuspend when tab is viewed.
Note that suspending when free RAM is ending should bypass restrictions and suspend tabs to free some.
That would be very useful for both - traffic economy and RAM usage. So I hope this will be added in Opera for better user experience. Thanks!
