Opera touch failed to connect, android to windows 10

Every time that I try to connect my pc and phone I receive the message "failed to connect". I tried typing the connection code too, without any results. I don't know what I have to do now.
Network:- Tried Same network wifi, and mobile hotspot, and different network
Laptop:- Windows 10-64 bit pro - no antivirus installed
Mobile:- samsung s8 plus - no antivirus or adblocker installedLocation:_

I'm facing the same issue, maybe it's because I'm using a rooted phone,
