suggestion: merge extension bar and sidebar all in one bar

I use those 2 bars in two colums 1 for extension bar and another colum for side bar
both bars is almost empty.. so if you devs think in merge 2 bars in one bar I could use only 1 full-bar...
If that suggestion exist,, tell me
