Zoom level of Bookmarks changes

Sir/Madam,
I've reported on July 31st. a bug. ID DNAWIZ-38434 (zoom level of my Bookmarks changes after having visited a website). Yesterday I tried 55.0.2994.37 but the problem still persists so I downgraded again to 53.0.2907.68.
Are you aware of this bug and will there be a fix in the near future?
Especially because I want to make a new clean install from Ubuntu 18.04. I have the 53.0.2907.68 package saved so I can install that on Ubuntu 18.04 but I might get into trouble with the chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-ex package. I did download the one still working with Opera 53.0.2907.68 (chromium-codecs-ffmpeg-ex 66.0.3359.181-0ubuntu0.16.04.1) but I'm not sure if I can make all that work if I install Ubuntu 18.04.
In any case I'd rather have this bug fixed before upgrading to Ubuntu 18.04.Best regards,

First of all, if you do install both packages, the first thing you must do is pin them so that they will not get upgraded the next apt runs its update procedure.
Second, that chromium ffmpeg codecs extra was built for 16.04, so no one can guarantee you it will install or work as it should on 18.04 for various reasons (different/newer versions libs and compilers between 16.04 and 18.04).

Hello jimunderscorep,
Thanks for your reply. Had my doubts about the chromium-package from the start. Glad you confirmed it. Now let's hope the devs at Opera can fix this issue with the Bookmarks zoom level so I can update to the latest version.

I have the problem solved. Made a clean install of Ubuntu 18.04 and installed the latest Opera. Everything worked fine untill I installed 'Zoomba', an extension I used before because it lets you adjust the zoomlevel of the scroll-wheel. So it's more then likely that 'Zoomba' is not compatible with the latest Opera versions anymore .
