Can't install extension. "NETWORK_FAILED"

Every time I try to download the extension FVD Video Downloader, I get the same error message; NETWORK_FAILED.

I've tried turning off all other extensions, but get the same result.

I need it to save videos from various sites, SVT play for example. (Swedish TV site.) Their programs disappear after a while, so you need to save the ones you like. This extension has worked on this site in the past, other extensions haven't.

Running Opera, now with no extensions. Win 10 x64, ESET security. 300 Mbit hardwired internet.

Try, click download, drag the file to the Extensions page.

About the error,
Can you install other extensions!?

Try toogle in / out the AV and VPN.
