customizable toolbar buttons

hi, i'd like to see toolbar at the bottom could be customized. or you can add a button to show up additional custom toolbar for custom command. i think it will give more control for single handed user (like me). for example i need to use both hand to reload stuck long pages (scrollable) where reload gesture wont work. handy command like reload, add current page to home screen, or even translate this page, surely helpful. please consider. thanks.
