Add sound play in background and even when we're not in the browser

Add where we can play sound from other tabs, when we're in another tab besides the tab where the music is playing, and even let us keep the browser open and play sound when the browser is minimized!

I don't really know how to describe it but, I think you know what I'm talking about!
