Vertical quick bookmarks bar

Bookmarks bar - but there is no "ticker" in the UI to usher open the bar. That would be a great addition, like next to start page button. Alternatively I suggest a new feature for Reborn Sidebar: click/hover into view a vertical bookmarks bar! Horizontal bar takes way too much screen estate anyhow compared to a vertical solution. Vertical bar would only icons of the sites/links, nut could be grouped to submenus as well
