Provide downgrade builds in Linux repos at least on beta and developer versions.

You really shouldn't clear old versions from repo's if you are going to continue breaking most of the video features over and over. Allowing downgrades through software managers enables us to continue using Opera while the silly devs sort themselves out again(read:navel exploration).
