VPN Connecting Slow

Hello,
I have a problem with the Opera VPN in Linux.
It connects very very slow (takes about 2min). But it connects after the 2min immediately, even if I disable the VPN after starting up Opera and re-enable it after the 2min. So it always after ~2min after I started the Opera Browser.

I have this problem with all my Linux PCs (T420 Thinkpad an my Gaming Pc). I have this problem with all Distros (Kubuntu 17.04, 17.10 & 18.04), Deepin and openSUSE Tumbleweed.
But with macOS it works fine. Opera VPN is connecting immediately after startup.

Of course I'm using the newest Version of Opera. I also tried the Beta & Developer version. Same problem.

What I tried to solve the problem:
-clear Browser Data (Cache, ...)
-disable all Extensions
-reboot my computer
-reinstalling opera
-switch Opera VPN on off
-disabling hardware acceleration

But nothing worked. Has anyone a solution?
