new layout like yandex

hi. can you please add a new layout option with the address bar in the lower side of the screen like yandex browser? it is sooo much easier to operate on a mobile when all the bar are positioned down , easily reachable with the fingers.. and by the way, is there any extension for mobile to get all the text in sans serif font? it is so much better for reading...
