Local passwords totally gone!

I was working as usually. Sometimes I press Control + Shift + C to open the inspector of the Dev Tools. However 10 minutes ago I pressed Control + Shift + X, causing Opera to close. After I reopen it I notice that I lost all my saved passwords.
The strange thing is that as I show in the picture, it seems that my passwords are synced correctly in the Opera servers. I log out and a login several times to the Sync and I never get the passwords back.
So, what's happening? Thanks in advance.
