V7 Notes - Opera update erased all of my V7 notes, can I recover them?

V7 Notes - since you cannot get flash on Opera update, I went back to Opera 47 and changed name of .exe file so it wouldn't auto update and I had flash yesterday but then it managed to update but it erased all of my V7 notes, can I recover them?
