Add to Home Screen should retain complete URL

When adding a shortcut to the Home Screen, Opera does not retain the complete URL. For example, https://mail.google.com/mail/?ui=2#inbox is truncated to https://mail.google.com/mail which sometimes results in a redirect to mobile site with new Gmail regardless of Request desktop setting..

Chrome 66 and Firefox 59 also suffer from the redirect with the truncated URL, bur both their Home Screen shortcuts store the complete URL, eliminating the redirect problem.
