How do I keep the address bar/search box visible?

As you scroll down a web page, the address bar/search box disappears. This is ok, but in my opinion it is way too hard to get it to show up again.
You have to scroll all the way to the top of a page to make is show again. There are times when I want to quickly refresh the page, or to see which url I'm at. If I'm far down in a page, it's a pain to swipe it all back to top to get it visible. Plus, I lose my place in the page doing that.
Other browsers bring it down when they sense upward scrolling. I would like either the option to make it always visible or to make it more sensitive to coming down. I haven't found any settings in the app to help.
