Opera ad block speed test is biased/misleading

I completely agree with the idea of the speed test with- and without ads, but it seems terribly biased. When conducting a test on a simple hosted textfile (containg: "hello world") it always show a speed-up of 10-60% for using an ad-blocker!
Firstly the test always run in the same order, and secondly it only runs each test once. Which will ultimately lead to a very bad statistical quality.
When facing such a test, it would be better if the output would be something like:
"Neglible difference". Based on statistical significance of course.
