Can we please get an option on Opera Desktop Team blog to subscribe to it with e-mail so we get notifications into our e-mails when Opera guys post something new on their blog? I kinda prefer e-mail method for such stuff so it gets delivered to me directly 🙂

I subscribe to the RSS feed (http://blogs.opera.com/desktop/feed/) in Thunderbird to get updated on new posts. It's not email, but it's right there in Thunderbird.

        Agreed though.

For some reason I couldn't find RSS source or a button for it on the blog. Have added it manually to Feedly now. I guess this will do as well.

Yeah, there are 2 issues with that. One is that there's no RSS link with an RSS icon on the page and the other is Chromium browsers usually don't have an RSS icon in the address field where you can click to subscribe. You can install https://addons.opera.com/en/extensions/details/rss-detector/ for the latter. Then, when you launch the feed URL from the icon, it'll load in a new page and trigger Opera's built-in RSS reader where you can subscribe with that. Definitely not the nice handling like in Opera 12 where you could also select your web-based feed reader, but, it's something.

Because RSS support has kind of went downhill (for sites and browsers), I just always view source of the page and look for the RSS link.

If you look on https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/ for example, you'll now see an RSS icon for better discoverability.
