Facebook comment plugin is not working

As said, facebook comment plugin is not working.
Some newspaper sites use this sosial plugin on their comment section and when i try to comment an article, it shows a popup window where i login to facebook but after i've logged in it starts a loop that refreshes the paige and a blank popup shows and closes for so long as i click previous page.
I tried to comment with firefox and it worked just fine and my comment showed up in the paige but when i go back to opera, i couldn't even see my comment.
Whats wrong?
I use linux mint 18.3 mate and opera 51.0.2830.40
