Sometimes you need to check what's causing the page loading problems and you need to eliminate the filters. But custom lists can only be toggled if you remove them. How about adding a button with ON/OFF states next to each or a checkbox like for the built-in lists? So you can enable or disable each individual custom list without having to remove it and then manually add it again.
