Scroll Bar Not Working

The scroll bar in Opera Mini is not working properly. It only shows up randomly and when it does show it only works randomly work.

I've also noticed that I can no longer use the full screen mode because the bottom nav bar only shows up when I go to the top of whatever page I'm viewing.
