Hi,
Did you ever find yourself in situation when you for example listening music on spotify desktop app and... LOOK, somebody just send you link to some track that goes like this: https://open.spotify.com/track/1Xk5Dp7K78y0BPiYxaZ3fM. You click it and the nightmare begins - new tab with the player was just opened! It's getting worse - the music starts playing in browser despite your desktop app is running in the background. If only there was a solution... like just simply opening URI spotify:track:1Xk5Dp7K78y0BPiYxaZ3fM

So - my idea is to let us create filters that will be check before actually opening tab or even browser. For example creating filter:
https://open.spotify.com/track/%value -- spotify:track:%value
That would open track in Spotify Desktop App skipping opening unnecessary tab or opera window.

Another example would be telegram:
https://t.me/%username - tg://resolve?domain=%username

In the 2nd case telegram can easily recognize the action, but new tab is opened nonetheless, pretty useless.

Another situation would be for example sharing spotify track via telegram. We could just click 'share via telegram' and it would focus instantly on Telegram app without opening the browser and then Telegram.

Not gonna lie, im requesting for it with better Spotify usage in mind. Convertion from URL to URI is something that i really like on my Android device. Wish i could see it on Windows thanks to Opera.
