As I have seen, only SpeedDials are on the device.

I mean,
Bookmarks are from your account, in case you use Opera Desktop they are from that, at least, saving a Bookmark on OMini only shows my Desktop folders - Bookmarks Bar included -.

So, you can retrieve them from there.

Using Export Bookmarks option, from Bookmarks internal page or OMenu.
