Shortcut for reload all tabs

Opera 50 reintroduced the well-known Presto feature, i.e. reload all tabs. Finally.

But we need a shortcut! We have a Ctrl+R for reloading of a single tab, so please implement a shortcut also for reloading of all tabs. I cannot understand why you didn't do it straightaway.

Neither Opera 51 brought the shortcut for reload of all tabs. Shame.

It is just around the corner, Opera 56 will bring it, finally!
