Remember last used upload source folder per tab

I'm multitasking.

In one tab I'm uploading photos on flickr.com. On another tab I'm uploading a release on github.com

I'm uploading a photo on Flickr from /Users/awesome/Photos.
Then I'm uploading a release file to GitHub from /Users/awesome/Dev/project.
While GitHub uploads, I'm now going back to my Flickr tab and browse for another batch of photos.

What happens: when I press Browse I'm now at /Users/awesome/Dev/project and I have to switch to /Users/awesome/Photos then pick my photos.
What would be awesome to happen: Opera remembers my last used browse folder location per tab, so I can multitask without the pain of always switching the "last used browse folder".
