Save data on Gif loading

As mentioned above - when on saving data mode, animations like gif or webm should not be fetched and displayed without user's request. Only the first frame and some marker/play symbol. They are really data greedy...
Same goes for videos - they should not go by autoplay. (And it would be nice, if it was more unlikely to play it by accident, by single tap during closing some ads or scrolling. Even an optional confirmation).
