Ubuntu apt-get is telling me Public Key Not Available

For some reason I am getting an error message when I try to install opera-stable.
Here is output from my console.
I am not really too familiar with the way apt deals with the security keys but I wondered if it might be something wrong on the server.
$ sudo apt update

In a terminal and in that order
wget https://deb.opera.com/archive.key sudo apt-key add archive.key sudo apt-get update
and you are done
