Feature request: don't unminimize windows

Here's the current behavior:

1. I minimize all my Opera windows into the dock. Now I have zero Opera windows that aren't minimized.
2. In another app, I click a link
3. Opera unminimizes the most recent (?) window and then opens the link in a new tab in that window

What I would prefer:

3. Opera create a new window, opens the link in the first tab in that window
