Messenger integration + Opening new screen = Bad UX

I'm connected to whatsapp, everytime I open a new window(Ctrl+N) or do something like pull a tab out of my main browser, the 'new screen' opens with the sidebar expanded, this causes whatsapp on the other window to disconnect like I'm trying to open it from somewhere else. It's a pain in the ass and really bad UX IMO. Why if I'm opening a new screen with my sidebar docked would I want it open when I want a new window? It makes it so that I have to resetup how I want my windows to be everytime I do anything outside having only 1 Opera window opened. Frequently, I wanted my connection to Whatsapp to remain exactly where it was, so I have to close the sidebar at the new one, go back to the original window, if the sidebar there is closed then I have to open it again, then go to Whatsapp and say that there is where I want to be using it(it only lets you have one web session opened at anytime), only then can I go back to what I was trying to do. I think you should have this looked at.
